Job Description

নিজ উদ্যোগে নতুন Client ও Sales Lead সংগ্রহ করা।
-
সম্ভাব্য Client-এর সঙ্গে নিয়মিত Contact ও Follow-up করা।
-
Client-এর প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত Tour Package, Air Ticket, Visa, Work Permit ও অন্যান্য Travel Services সম্পর্কে অফার করা।
-
Lead-কে Sales/Booking-এ Convert করে কোম্পানির Business Revenue বৃদ্ধি করা।
-
নতুন Corporate, Individual ও B2B Client তৈরি এবং Business Relationship বজায় রাখা।
-
Facebook, WhatsApp, Social Media, Personal Network ও অন্যান্য মাধ্যমে Lead Generation করা।
-
Existing Client থেকে Repeat Business ও Referral সংগ্রহ করা।
-
Client Meeting ও প্রয়োজনীয় Outdoor/Field Marketing কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
-
প্রতিটি Lead-এর Status, Follow-up ও Conversion-এর তথ্য সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও Report করা।

নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য ধারাবাহিকভাবে কাজ করা।
-
কোম্পানির অনুমোদিত Price ও Service Information অনুযায়ী Client-এর সঙ্গে Professional Communication বজায় রাখা।
Requirements
-
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম SSC পাস; HSC/Graduate প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার।

বয়স: ২০–৪৫ বছর।
-
অভিজ্ঞতা: Sales, Marketing, Business Development বা Travel & Tourism Industry-তে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার; Freshers-রাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

নিজ উদ্যোগে নতুন Client/Lead সংগ্রহ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
-
Client-এর সঙ্গে সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলা এবং Professional Communication করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
-
নিয়মিত Follow-up করে Lead-কে Sales/Booking-এ Convert করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
-
Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য Target-oriented ও Result-driven মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
-
Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram ও অন্যান্য Social Media ব্যবহার করে Lead Generation করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে।
-
Personal Network ও পরিচিত মহল ব্যবহার করে নতুন Client তৈরির মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
-
Client-এর প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত Service/Package প্রেজেন্ট ও অফার করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Negotiation ও Persuasion Skill থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Individual, Corporate ও B2B Client-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
-
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Outdoor/Field Marketing ও Client Visit করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে।

বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে; ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগ করতে পারলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Smart, Energetic, Confident, Presentable এবং Self-Motivated হতে হবে।

নিজের কাজের Lead, Follow-up ও Sales-এর হিসাব সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও Report করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

Commission-Based কাজের পরিবেশে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
