Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Chattogram. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans to promote ORB Cargo Ltd.’s services, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities in logistics and cargo services. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and collaborating with the sales team to generate and nurture leads. The Marketing Executive will also maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to inform management decisions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly, prepare marketing content, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building activities.
• Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and report writing are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in logistics, shipping, or B2B marketing.
• Ability to work on-site in Chattogram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
