Job Context
The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s B2B network for Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and Work Visa services. Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong B2B partnerships with education coaching centres, English language training centres, institutes, colleges, universities, and established visa consultancy companies.
- Identify and approach potential business partners to generate new B2B referral and recruitment opportunities.
- Physically visit education coaching centres, English language institutes, colleges, universities, and existing visa companies to introduce the company’s visa and migration-related services.
- Conduct professional meetings and presentations with owners, directors, counsellors, admission officers, and management representatives.
- Promote Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and Work Visa opportunities and explain relevant services, processes, and partner benefits.
- Establish mutually beneficial partnership arrangements and coordinate with B2B partners for student and client referrals.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential, active, and prospective B2B partners.
- Follow up regularly with partners to strengthen relationships and increase applications and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal admission, documentation, visa processing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handling of referred clients.
- Support partners with updated information regarding courses, institutions, visa requirements, application procedures, and promotional campaigns.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, workshops, institutional meetings, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and Work Visa sectors.
- Prepare regular reports on partner visits, meetings, leads, referrals, applications, and business development activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing visa companies and explore opportunities for long-term strategic collaboration.
- Experience: 2-5 years
