Role Description The Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing activities and client relationship management for Think Architect’s interior projects. Responsibilities include coordinating communication with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations, maintaining marketing materials, managing social media and promotional campaigns, and supporting project teams with scheduling and documentation. The Coordinator will also track client feedback, help organize events or site visits, and collaborate closely with design and management teams to align messaging with project goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mirpur.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Client Relations experience, including managing expectations, maintaining long-term relationships, and handling client feedback constructively.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills and Project Management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and project-related documentation.
• Candidates should possess basic marketing awareness, including familiarity with social media, branding principles, and promotional activities.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in design, architecture, or a client-facing role within a creative or service-oriented industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and the ability to learn new software or CRM systems as needed.

• Create eye-catching content about interior/exterior projects, design concepts, and ongoing work.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Reply to inbox messages, follow up with leads, and help convert them into clients.
• Prepare project presentations and visually appealing posts.
• Client Coordination & Communication
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to build trust.
• Convince and assist in closing deals.
• Prepare requirement lists and update the design team.
