Role Description The Marketing Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving lead generation campaigns, and building strategic relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily activities include researching target markets, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipelines. The role also involves managing key accounts, monitoring market trends, contributing to marketing strategies, and representing Arbree Limited at meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive consistent pipeline growth.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B technology services, IT consulting, or software development environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, basic data analysis, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple prospects and projects concurrently.
