Marketing Associate (Content and Customer Communication)

Tixio is a Norwegian Work OS. One workspace where teams run their bookmarks, docs, wikis, boards and dashboards instead of juggling twenty browser tabs. Our users are small and mid sized teams across Europe, North America and Asia.

About the role

Our marketing work is currently spread across a small team. We are hiring one person to own written content and to be the first voice a customer hears when they reach out. This is an entry level role suited to a recent graduate with strong English and genuine curiosity about software.

Responsibilities

• Write comparison articles and case studies for the Tixio website. Target is 10 published pieces per week, researched and written by you. We do not accept AI generated drafts.
• Respond to customers on live chat. Current volume is under five conversations per week. Identify the issue, involve the right person on the team, follow it to resolution, and keep both the customer and internal stakeholders updated.
• Join product demo calls with prospective customers when required. Walk them through Tixio and answer questions on features and use cases.

Track recurring customer questions and objections, and use them to shape the content plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
• Excellent written and spoken English. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid writing assignment.
• Ability to learn a software product in depth and explain it clearly to a non technical reader
• Comfortable with everyday SaaS tools such as Slack, Notion, Trello or similar
• Personal laptop and reliable home internet
• Available during [working hours] Bangladesh Standard Time
• Based in Dhaka. Applications from outside Dhaka will not be considered.

Preferred

• Involvement in university clubs, debating societies, student publications or content teams
• IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent English certification
• Any published writing, including a personal blog, newsletter or student magazine
• Prior exposure to a technology or startup environment through an internship or volunteer work
