Marketing Assistant

Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a part-time remote role supporting day-to-day marketing activities for BCpoint’s scan-to-BIM and BIM services. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, and supporting online campaigns and outreach efforts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather information, maintaining marketing databases, and helping track campaign performance. The Marketing Assistant will also support customer communications, respond to basic inquiries, and collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a consistent message and positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and summarize data on industry trends and client needs.
• Customer Service skills to support client inquiries and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and basic sales support.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media, CRM systems).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial; familiarity with construction, architecture, or BIM is a plus.
