Role Description This full-time remote Marketing and Sales Officer role focuses on promoting and selling Transba’s medical devices to healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, and related organizations. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting channel partners to expand market reach. Daily activities include communicating with potential and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating after-sales support with technical teams. The officer will analyze market trends, contribute to marketing campaigns, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and regular reporting on sales performance are also key components of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals and address inquiries effectively.
• Experience in lead generation and sales operations, including managing sales funnels, tracking opportunities, and closing deals.
• Knowledge of channel sales, with the ability to support distributors and partners in driving product adoption.
• Background or familiarity with medical devices or healthcare markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools to document activities and analyze sales data.
