Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern role at TravelEn is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting social media and digital outreach, and contributing to promotional content that highlights TravelEn’s services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential customer segments, and helping develop strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement. The intern will also support business development efforts by assisting the sales team, participating in client communication, and helping maintain strong customer relationships. Collaboration with internal teams to gather insights and improve service offerings is a key part of this role.

• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with social media platforms and common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, presentation tools).
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
• Interest in the travel and tourism industry and willingness to learn and take initiative are highly valued.
