About the Role: Bombay Sweets & Co. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Market Research & Business Development Executive professional to join our expanding frozen, dairy & spices division. If you have a proven track record of breaking into frozen, dairy & spices markets, building institutional relationships, and driving revenue growth in the FMCG sector, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for identifying new market research, business development, handle corporate clients to expanding our frozen, spices and dairy product footprint.

Job Description –

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Research industry developments, competitors, products, pricing, and market positioning.
• Identify potential target markets, customer segments, and business prospects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data.
• Prepare market research reports, competitor analysis, and business opportunity reports.
• Monitor changes in customer behavior, market demand, and industry trends.
• Provide actionable market insights to support business and marketing strategies.
  
  

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business leads.
• Contact prospective clients through email, phone calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-facing documents.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings and business discussions.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years
