- Lead and supervise the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the factory.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in the ERP/Accounting System.
- Monitor daily banking activities, fund management, and cash flow to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
- Review and approve payment vouchers, journal vouchers, receipt vouchers, bank vouchers, MRR postings, and ledger transactions.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
- Ensure proper accounting of factory production costs, processing costs, warehouse operations, and inventory valuation.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records.
- Coordinate periodic physical inventory verification and administrative activities.
- Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, supplier payments, dealer collections, and aging analysis.
- Identify financial risks, recommend internal control improvements, and support business process enhancement.
- Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and performance analysis to the Management.
- Look after periodic return submission, hearing & assessment in Tax & VAT Authority.
- Handle the complete finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT & other legal issues of the company with guidelines of the Management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and safeguard all accounting and financial records.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Finance & Accounts and Management.
- Experience: 12-15 years
- Education: master of business administration in accounting
- Skills: finance management, back office operations, corporate finance, accounting, financial accounting, p&lmanagement, managerial finance, general ledger management
