- Ensure compliance with prevailing VAT and Tax laws, rules, and regulations of Bangladesh.
- Prepare, review, and submit Income Tax returns and related statutory reports within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain Tax files, challans, and supporting documentation in an organized manner.
- Fully maintain of Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) and VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) on audits, assessments, and related matters.
- Monitor updates in tax legislation and advise management on implications and compliance requirements.
- Support tax planning initiatives to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full legal compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate tax treatment of transactions
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Preparation of Financial Statements.
- To prepare of various financial report and ensure timely reporting
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Education: master of business administration in accounting
- Skills: tax compliance, taxation knowledge, tax preparation, use tax, tax compliance, tax preparation, tax accounting, tax advisory, bsi tax factory, taxation laws
