- Must lead the factory’s marketing and business development activities by securing suitable orders that match the factory’s product strength.
- Must source orders on FOB basis from direct buyers/retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business strategies.
- Ensure costing accuracy and protect margin from development through order confirmation and bulk execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, product development, costing, sampling, and order confirmation.
- Advice factory / production / quality team on production and quality related technical issues as efficient troubleshooter.
- Ensuring Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
- Any other jobs assigned by the management.
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Education: masters in any discipline
- Skills: manufacturing operations management, oem management, manufacturing engineering, wholesale operations, production planning, sales management, production management, manufacturing
