- Manage day-to-day VAT and VDS activities of the company.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other required VAT documents on time.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Mushak forms, VAT records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Check VAT and VDS on purchases, sales, services, and other business transactions.
- Review and reconcile Input VAT, Output VAT, VDS, and VAT payable with accounts records.
- Ensure proper VAT compliance for factory, production, procurement, commercial, import, and export activities.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Commercial, Procurement, Store, Factory, and other departments on VAT matters.
- Handle VAT-related notices, inspections, audits, and queries from NBR/VAT authorities.
- Prepare VAT reports and provide necessary information to management.
- Monitor changes in VAT rules and inform management about important requirements.
- Identify VAT compliance issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records for VAT audits and assessments.
- Supervise and guide VAT team members.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: vat/gst, vat regulations, vat, administrative tasks, vat registration, back office operations, department management, company secretarial work, national account management, daily operations management
