- Prepare EOI and RFP proposals for Government, Autonomous Bodies, Development Partners, and other public sector organizations in compliance with applicable procurement guidelines.
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities through e-GP, BPPA, and other government, autonomous, donor-funded, and private procurement portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit complete Technical & Financial Proposals, EOIs (Expression of Interest), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and tender documents for Works, Supply, and Consultancy projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to collect technical, commercial, and statutory documents.
- Prepare BOQ analysis, cost estimation, bid pricing, compliance statements, vendor quotations, and complete bid documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PPA 2006, PPR 2008, e-GP procedures, and client requirements throughout the bidding process.
- Liaise with government agencies, consultants, clients, suppliers, and business partners regarding tender-related activities.
- Prepare tender status reports, business development reports, customer visit reports, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and support business development initiatives.
- Maintain an organized database of tender documents, contracts, project references, and statutory records.
- Visit client offices and project sites across Bangladesh whenever required.
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering (b.sc. engg.)
