We're Hiring: Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Location: 18 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Shahbag, Dhaka.

Inovace Technologies Ltd. is looking for a driven Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain operations — from sourcing to delivery. If you thrive on keeping complex logistics moving smoothly and love solving problems across procurement, logistics, and inventory, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery

🔹 Source vendors, build strong supplier relationships, and optimize lead times

🔹 Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments and logistics tracking

🔹 Handle customs documentation and ensure import/export compliance

🔹 Plan procurement schedules aligned with project milestones and delivery timelines

🔹 Monitor inventory levels, warehouse flow, and maintain accurate stock records

🔹 Ensure timely material availability to support Engineering, R&D, and production cycles

🔹 Process fund requisitions and coordinate supplier payments with Finance & Accounts

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, Production, Sales, and Implementation teams for delivery readiness

🔹 Manage SIM-related billing, recharge tracking, and operational expense coordination

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven 3-5 years of experience supply chain, procurement, or logistics management

✅ Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills

✅ Familiarity with import/export compliance and customs documentation

✅ Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
