Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttara Model Town for a Manager Store / General Manager Store. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, issuing, and proper documentation. The manager will ensure that materials are stored safely and systematically, maintain accurate records in store management systems, and coordinate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, planning reorders, reducing discrepancies, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. The manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, train and guide store staff, and uphold company policies related to compliance, safety, and customer service for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong store management skills, including inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse organization.
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear and professional communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices, including minimizing shrinkage and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Experience in store or warehouse management within manufacturing, textiles, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems or ERP tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
