Rafat Developers and Builders Ltd. (RDBL) is looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager – Construction to lead the company’s construction operations and ensure quality, cost control, safety and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential, commercial and high-rise projects from planning to handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and progress.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety teams, Contractors and Consultants.
• Monitor project cost, materials, manpower, productivity and wastage.
• Manage contractors, work orders, billing and performance.
• Coordinate with Design, MEP, Procurement, Commercial, Finance and other departments.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical, quality and execution issues.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper material utilization.
• Develop and manage the construction team and improve project execution processes.
• Monitor project risks and take corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.
• Prepare project progress, cost and performance reports for Management.
• Maintain proper project documentation and provide strategic construction recommendations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years
• Education: master of science in civil engineering
• Skills: construction management, construction management, construction supervision, constructionmanagement, construction industry knowledge, site supervision, real estate development
