We are a leading yarn dyeing factory seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to head our Accounts Department. The role requires strong leadership, financial management, and compliance expertise to ensure smooth operation of all accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Department.
- Prepare and monitor financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payroll, provident fund, gratuity, and other employee benefit accounts.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and fund allocation.
- Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, systems, and controls.
- Guide and develop the accounts team for efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
- Analyze financial data and provide management with meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Experience: 7+ years
- Education: master of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accountants, accounting, proficiency in accounting software, back office operations, knowledge of accounting software, hr management, textile industry knowledge, accounting software, administration jobs, payroll management
