Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with management and the Development Team.
- Lead software development, technical planning, and project execution.
- Manage and guide development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Oversee microservices-based applications and system architecture.
- Support technical decisions, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
Technical Skills:
- Microservices Architecture
- Java, Node.js, Python
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Apache Kafka
- Kubernetes
Professional Skills:
- PMP certification/knowledge preferred
- Accounting & financial understanding
- Project management, team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in software development and team/project management.
Salary: Negotiable
