- Lead all technical activities related to sewing production.
- Develop the most efficient sewing methods for new styles.
- Analyze garment construction to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value).
- Approve machine layouts and line balancing.
- Support pilot runs and bulk production readiness.
- Monitor line efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: 10 years
