- Manage daily activities of the sales team and monitor the customer visit plan to achieve the target.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer needs to generate sales leads.
- Build a wide range of networks and keep updating the prospective customer index.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market assessments, sales trends analysis and Land sales movements to ensure the development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
- Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
- Monitor and collect data about the activities of market competitors.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities for the Management.
- Oversee the planning, design, and development of land projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements.
- Experience: 5+ years
