We are looking for a Manager for our Sales & Marketing division to oversee daily operations, drive sales volume, and secure high-value clients for future growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and accelerate the overall growth and business development of the company.
- Monitor and follow up on overall daily operations of the assigned departments.
- Strong financial knowledge and understanding of real estate budgeting.
- Achieve the sales target as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Make strategic and operational plans for the team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor marketing activities and follow up on all sales and promotional activities.
- Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
- Engage in day-to-day communication with sales persons.
- Monitor daily activities reports from Team Members to Team Leaders.
- Monitor & guide the training and development activities for the sales and marketing team to achieve the sales target.
- Monitor the sales & marketing team and review the performance for annual evaluation of the sales and marketing team.
- Update daily performance analysis reports and market challenges directly to the Management / Head of Department.
- Any other task assigned time to time from management.
- Experience: 10+ years
- Education: master of business administration in marketing
- Skills: sales management, sales management coaching, sales targets, sales and marketing alignment, sales administration, sales target achievement, sales acumen, sales hiring, corporate sales, sales operations
