- Oversee all finishing operations including trimming, ironing, inspection, folding, and packing.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and standards.
- Manage finishing capacity planning and daily production targets.
- Monitor finishing KPIs such as DHU, RFT, and shipment readiness.
- Ensure proper line balancing and workforce utilization in finishing section.
- Coordinate with Quality, IE, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing processes to meet shipment deadlines.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and control rework, defects, and rejection rates.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and audit standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and finishing MIS.
- Supervise and develop finishing team through training and guidance.
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and housekeeping (5S).
- Coordinate with Planning and Commercial teams for shipment alignment.
- Support cost control and optimize resource utilization in finishing.
