- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Manage and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security and Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback and ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage room booking, check-in/check-out and reservation-related activities.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue, expenses and operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase room bookings, events and overall resort revenue.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for promotional campaigns and corporate bookings.
- Maintain proper discipline, attendance and performance of resort staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security and proper maintenance of the resort premises.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
- Skills: front desk operations, hospitality management, guest services, hotel operations knowledge, hotel administration, hotel management, guest service management
