- Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Maintain and manage IATA accounts, BSP reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines for fare updates, ADM/ACM issues, and reporting.
- Provide professional customer service to both walk-in and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: bachelor of social science in anthropology
- Skills: airline reservations, airline ticketing, airline management, air ticketing, amadeus gds, guest service management, travel industry knowledge, travel management, guest services
