- Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and assist the buyer representative (GPQ) in the final/random/pre-final inspection in the Factory.
- Rectify the sewing defects and ensure the accurate shape and design of the products as per the clients' requirements.
- Check the fitting of the garment as per the buyer measurement chart and follow the spec sheet.
- To communicate with the buyers' representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately.
- Checking and matching the accessories such as sewing threads, buttons, care labels, size labels, main labels, photo board poly bag, etc. as per customer requirements.
- Maintaining and ensuring excellent and cooperative relationship with the factory management as well as the buyers.
- Keeping strong follow-up on quality and technical issues and giving effective solutions.
- Attending PP meetings with the team, GPQ, and buyers' QC till cutting approval.
- Making and executing Finishing QC's daily work plan. In-process and end line, Finished Goods, quality control process Implementing and monitoring. Focus and follow up on the quality of the finished goods.
- Reduce the gap between pre-final inspection and final inspection.
- Training and development of all subordinates.
- To have full control of finishing quality control activities throughout the garments industry.
- To develop, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies in compliance with quality systems' requirement.
- Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain the product quality, and ensuring that targets are achieved.
- To supervise in dealing of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Education:
- Skills: garment finishing, garment production, technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, quality inspection, textile inspection, knowledge of quality control, quality control
