Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Quality Management System (QMS) to lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company`s Quality Management System across manufacturing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established quality standards, customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role will focus on QMS implementation, internal audits, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), process improvement, quality documentation, risk management, and continuous improvement across relevant functions.

Key Responsibilities

QMS Management

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company`s Quality Management System.
• Ensure effective implementation of QMS policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Review and update QMS documentation in line with organizational requirements and applicable standards.
• Ensure effective document and record control throughout the organization.
• Monitor QMS performance through defined KPIs and management reporting.
• Strong practical experience and proficiency in handling C&A QMS requirements at factory level, including implementation, monitoring, documentation, compliance, and coordination with the relevant buyer.
  
  

Quality Standards & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and organizational procedures.
• Coordinate implementation of relevant quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and other applicable customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare the organization for customer, certification, surveillance, and third-party audits.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  
  

Internal Audit & CAPA

• Develop annual and periodic internal audit plans.
• Lead internal QMS audits across departments and factory processes.
• Identify process gaps, non-conformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis using appropriate quality tools and methodologies.
• Ensure effective implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Track and report the status of audit findings and corrective actions to management.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for reducing defects, rework, rejection, customer complaints, and process variation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across relevant functions.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 8-12 years
• Education: bachelor of science in industrial engineering
• Skills: quality management, supplier quality management, rational quality manager, quality management systems, quality management software, knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, supplier quality
