- Directly working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order negotiations, and Placements.
- Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
- Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
- End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
- Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
- Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / Phases.
- Feedback Follow up on each Season Customer Sign offs with narrow down Styles.
- Sourcing Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow ups.
- Price negotiation and Costing Finalization with Customers.
- Order placement & Delivery Confirmation.
- Capacity Allocations and Production Follow ups.
- Shipment process & Customer Communications.
- Experience: At least 4 years

- Skills: supplier development, fashion buying, product management, merchandise planning, fashion industry knowledge, product management, wholesale operations, supplier coordination, corporate sales, productionplanning
