RS & SONS OVERSEAS is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Manager to oversee overseas recruitment operations, lead the office team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth end-to-end manpower recruitment and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the overall overseas recruitment and business operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to overseas deployment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international employers, clients, and business partners.
- Plan, monitor, and improve recruitment strategies to achieve company targets.
- Supervise recruitment officers, counselors, marketing staff, and administrative employees.
- Monitor candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and selection processes.
- Ensure smooth processing of visas, medical examinations, biometrics, embassy submissions, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Government regulations, BMET requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports, recruitment reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Coordinate with foreign employers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment schedules.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of all recruitment processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop international recruitment partnerships.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and candidate satisfaction.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and confidentiality of company information.
- Achieve monthly and annual business goals through effective planning and leadership.
