Position Overview
We are seeking an individual who can drive initiatives to build a positive, values-driven organizational culture aligned with company goals. They collaborate with leadership, lead change efforts, and use data insights to improve employee engagement and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Organizational Culture Initiatives:
- Design and implement programs that reinforce company values and behaviors, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
- Sustain and evaluate these programs to foster a consistent cultural narrative within the organization.
- Align Culture with Strategy:
- Partner with leadership to embed cultural priorities into the overall business strategy.
- Ensure that the employee experience supports the organization’s long-term goals and strategic direction.
- Lead Change Management and Communication:
- Lead or support initiatives for cultural transformation and change management.
- Create compelling narratives, training materials, and engagement campaigns to support change efforts.
- Utilize Data-Driven Culture Insights:
- Leverage employee feedback, engagement surveys, and qualitative inputs to assess the health of the organizational culture.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve cultural initiatives and address identified gaps.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Talent Management, Business Growth Partners, Learning & Development, and business teams to integrate culture-building into key People & Organization practices.
- Ensure that onboarding, leadership development, and talent management practices reflect and promote the desired organizational culture.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or communications or a related field from a reputed university.
Skills Required
- Breadth and depth of experience, including understanding of change management, culture transformation.
- Key competencies for this role include strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships across teams
- The incumbent requires adaptability, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for fostering positive cultural change and employee engagement.
