Role Description The Manager of Football Team at Graphics Design World is a full-time, on-site role based in Thakurgaon. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the football team’s operations, including planning training sessions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring player readiness for practices and matches. The role involves supervising coaching staff and players, managing equipment and facilities, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Manager will handle player registration and documentation, monitor team performance, and support the physical and recreational well-being of team members. This role also includes resolving day-to-day issues, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications

• Supervisory skills to lead and coordinate coaching staff, players, and support personnel.
• Experience in organizing sports or recreation activities, with a focus on structured training and team events.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with players, colleagues, and external partners.
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Training skills to plan, implement, and evaluate effective practice sessions and development programs.
• Knowledge of football rules, tactics, and team management methodologies.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work on-site in Thakurgaon and be available for matches, practices, and events as required.
• Previous experience in sports team management, coaching, or related fields is preferred.
• Relevant education or certifications in sports management, physical education, or a related discipline are an advantage.
