- Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the OPD.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, consultation, investigation, and follow-up services.
- Coordinate with consultants, physicians, nurses, medical officers, and support staff.
- Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Ensure proper scheduling of doctors, clinics, and OPD services.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Billing, Emergency, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare and review OPD performance reports, service statistics, and operational data.
- Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information.
- Maintain a high standard of patient experience and customer service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
