- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for broiler chicken and eggs.
- Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure profitable business growth.
- Monitor market demand, product prices, competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and other institutional customers.
- Plan and manage product distribution to ensure timely delivery and optimum market coverage.
- Coordinate closely with farm/production, supply chain, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth product availability and delivery.
- Develop market-wise sales plans and ensure proper execution through the sales team.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts for timely collection from customers.
- Prepare regular sales, market analysis, competitor, and collection reports for management.
- Recommend appropriate pricing, promotional activities, sales schemes, and market expansion strategies based on market conditions.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing/sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Visit markets regularly to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
- Explore opportunities for bulk and institutional sales of broiler chicken and eggs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, credit policies, and sales procedures.
- Perform any other marketing and business-development responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills: Market Analysis, Customer acquisition, Market forecasting
