Role Description The Manager, Internal Audit is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur Sadar Upazila. This role oversees the internal audit function, including planning and executing risk-based audit assignments across operations, finance, and compliance areas. The manager reviews internal controls, evaluates process efficiency, and identifies opportunities to strengthen governance and mitigate risks. Daily activities include preparing audit plans, conducting fieldwork, analyzing data and documentation, drafting audit reports, and following up on remediation of audit findings. The role also collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides guidance on internal control improvements, and supports senior management in maintaining a strong control environment.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with financial analysis, documentation review, and audit report writing.
• Ability to conduct process reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and common office software for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA, CA) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or garments/accessories industry internal audit preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines.
