Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, site visits, exhibitions and other outreach activities.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and budget, and present relevant offerings.
• Follow up on inquiries promptly and consistently until they convert into confirmed sales.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals in coordination with the design team, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Hand over confirmed projects to the design and execution team with complete client requirements and documentation.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with individual clients, corporate clients, architects and real estate developers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups and closed sales, and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market pricing to position Assure Interior Solutions effectively.
• Represent Assure Interior Solutions at relevant exhibitions, client events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  
  

Job Context

Assure Interior Solutions, a concern of Assure Group, is looking for an experienced and target driven professional for the position of Manager, Interior Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into confirmed sales, building lasting client relationships and handing over confirmed projects to the design and execution team.

This is a pure sales role. The candidate will not be involved in design work; the focus is on lead generation, client consultation, negotiation and closing sales. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the interior and furnishing market in Dhaka and a consultative sales approach that converts inquiries into confirmed orders.
