- Lead and manage all Human Resources operations across the organization.
- Plan and execute recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRIS records.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, promotion, confirmation, and succession planning processes.
- Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
- Ensure employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning reports, and management information reports (MIS).
- Coordinate with all departments regarding manpower requirements and organizational development.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including provident fund, gratuity, insurance, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist management in organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: bachelor of social science in anthropology
- Skills: administration, analytical skills, business analysis, business development
