- Formulate, review, and update HR and Administration policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure all internal policies and practices strictly align with the Bangladesh Labor Law (BLL) and other statutory/regulatory standards.
- Mitigate legal risks by maintaining strict adherence to compliance mandates and labor relations protocols.
- Oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Drive workforce development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training programs.
- Manage performance management systems to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Foster a workplace culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, and mutual accountability.
- Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and labor relations with fairness and transparency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the HR and Administration team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, and office workflows.
- Manage HR and Admin budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
