- Lead, prepare, and successfully manage the compliance audits, like, BSCI, Sedex, ICS, HIGG Index, GRS & Buyer CoC etc.
- Ensure full legal compliance throughout human resource management based on Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Identify compliance gaps, conduct internal mock audits, and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to meet buyer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, certificates, and registers required for standard compliance and sustainability audits.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, including health, safety, and compliance awareness.
- Nurture a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Experience: 3-5 years
