- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and client engagement programs.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for Management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Experience: At least 7 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: marketing skills, sales management, sales and marketing alignment, sales hiring, corporate sales, marketing c&aigns, sales targets, sponsorship sales, sales strategy development, sales management coaching
