Role Description The Manager, Garment Technology is a full-time, on-site role based in Madaripur District. This role is responsible for overseeing garment technical development, including fit, construction, and quality standards from sample stage through bulk production. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical specifications, approving samples, resolving production-related technical issues, and collaborating with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure feasibility and consistency. The manager will monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations, optimize production methods, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor. This role also involves coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing technical documentation, and guiding team members on best practices in garment technology.

• Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to work with relevant software tools, production systems, and digital documentation platforms.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver garment development and production milestones on time.
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide technical staff, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and support a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Candidates should possess Software Development or related systems knowledge where applicable to integrating or customizing production and quality tracking tools.
• Relevant experience in garment technology, textile engineering, or apparel manufacturing, including fit, pattern, and construction knowledge.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and factory production workflows.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with production, design, merchandising, and supplier teams.
• Diploma or degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
