- Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
- Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
- Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
- Have to Maintain close relation with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
- Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
- Maintain Local Law, Factory Compliance & Buyer COC properly.
- Maintain floor discipline.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- Experience: 7+ years
- Education:
- Skills: garment finishing, technical knowledge of garment production, fabric finishing, garment production, responsibilities, shipment coordination, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, textile inspection, laundry operations
