You will help establish the financial discipline, reporting systems and internal controls required to support Estavin’s long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead accounting and financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow analyses.
- Manage project costing and financial performance reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee banking and reconciliations.
- Coordinate tax, VAT, audit and regulatory financial matters.
- Support real estate feasibility and investment analysis.
- Coordinate external auditors and professional advisers.
- Develop clear management reporting and financial dashboards.
- Provide financial insight to senior leadership.
- Help establish scalable financial systems as the organization grows.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education:
