The role will be responsible for managing key corporate finance and banking activities, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, and providing data-driven financial insights and timely management reports to support business decisions and growth.
- Manage the Group’s corporate finance and banking activities, including bank liaison, loan processing, sanction, disbursement, renewal, and related documentation.
- Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions and coordinate all relevant correspondence and financial requirements.
- Monitor the overall financial and banking status of Group companies, including loans, liabilities, cash flow, receivables, payables, and key financial transactions.
- Develop data-driven financial MIS, dashboards, analysis, and presentations to provide Management with a clear and timely view of the organization’s financial position and performance.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Management for informed decision-making.
- Prepare financial information, projections, and reports related to business expansion, funding requirements, investment, and financing decisions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Units, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of financial activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, financial discipline, and timely reporting across the Group.
- Support Management in financial planning, business growth, financing strategy, and other strategic initiatives.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in finance
- Skills: corporate finance, finance management, financial mgmt, financial acumen, managerial finance
