Position: Executive / Manager – Business Development

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Dhaka

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant Government Tender opportunities

• Manage e-GP/BPPA tender submission and related activities

• Prepare, review and submit complete tender documents

• Handle Government enlistment, registration and renewals

• Coordinate technical, commercial, financial and legal documents

• Manage Tender Security, Performance Security and related bank documentation

• Monitor tender evaluation, NOA and contract-related activities

• Maintain tender database, pipeline and management reports

• Ensure compliance with PPA/PPR, BPPA and e-GP requirements

• Coordinate with government organizations, vendors, banks and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, Commerce or related field

• 2–5+ years of practical experience in Government Tender/e-GP/Procurement

• Hands-on experience in e-GP tender submission is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of tender documentation and government procurement procedures

• Excellent MS Word & Excel skills

• Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills

• • Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines independently
