- Manage and support Oracle EBS R12.2.x and Oracle Database 19c/26ai environments.
- Manage EBS application and database tiers, including installation, configuration, patching, cloning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Perform EBS version upgrades, technology stack upgrades, and security patching.
- Manage Data Guard/Active Data Guard, RMAN, and HA/DR environments.
- Perform SQL and database performance analysis and optimization.
- Administer Oracle APEX/ORDS, ADF, and WebLogic environments.
- Monitor ADF/WebLogic performance and application availability.
- Troubleshoot complex EBS application, database, middleware, and integration issues.
- Manage Oracle Linux/RHEL/Windows servers, system performance, security, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data lake/lake house architecture, real-time and batch data ingestion, data integration, transformation, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Vector Search, AI agents, and experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications and databases.
- Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
- Manage Compute, VCN, Load Balancer, Storage, IAM, WAF, Network Firewall, and cloud security.
- Support cloud migration, HA, DR, capacity, and performance management.
- Automate operational tasks using Shell, Python, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD.
- Develop automated health checks, deployment, monitoring, backup, and maintenance processes.
- Design and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Conduct DR drills, failover/failback testing, and ensure defined RPO/RTO.
- Ensure proactive monitoring of EBS, Database, Linux, OCI, APEX, ADF, and middleware.
- Lead critical incident resolution, performance optimization, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage technical projects, SLA, documentation, and operational standards.
- Experience: 10+ years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: expertise in oracle e-business suite, oracle ebs, oracle ebs troubleshooting, oracle applications, oracle ebs upgrades, oracle ebs integration, oracle e-business suite, oracle ebs performance tuning, oracle database administration, oracle erp implementations
