Job Summary
A leading Denim Textile & Woven/Denim Garments manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and technically competent professional for the position of Manager – Electrical & Electronics. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical and electronic systems, improving equipment reliability, optimizing energy consumption, and supporting uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all electrical and electronic operations within the factory.
- Ensure the continuous operation of production and utility equipment.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee power distribution systems, substations, generators, transformers, and electrical panels.
- Monitor PLC, VFD, automation, and industrial control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support machinery installation, commissioning, and modification activities.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and improve electrical efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Education: electrical & electronic engineering
- Skills: manufacturing engineering, maintenance engineering, electrical maintenance, technical knowledge of electrical systems, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, engineering management, production engineering
