SaRa Lifestyle Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager-(E-Commerce) to lead and grow SaRa Lifestyle Marketplace.
- Execute long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals, brand positioning & market trends.
- Manage the e-commerce budget, monitor profit and loss & optimize operational expenditures.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis & identify new growth opportunities or emerging sales channels.
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, graphics, web development & digital marketing teams for seamless operational alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability & support demand planning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows & implement process enhancements.
- Plan and execute impactful online promotional campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive operational performance reports & ensure strict adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the e-commerce team to consistently hit monthly and annual operational and sales KPIs.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: master of business administration (mba)
