We are looking for a Manager – Branding & Digital Marketing who is not just experienced in running advertisements, but understands how to build a strong brand, create market excitement, generate quality leads, and convert digital opportunities into real business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall branding and digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong, premium, and trustworthy real estate brand image across all platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-sales conversion.
- Manage the company’s website, social media platforms, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
- Create and oversee engaging social media content, campaigns, property promotions, videos, reels, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing campaigns generate relevant and sales-ready leads.
- Analyze campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI, and take corrective actions when required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
- Develop project-specific marketing campaigns for new launches, property promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, photographers/videographers, and other marketing partners.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual standards across all communication channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for Management.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimum ROI from marketing expenditure.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta/Google advertising technologies, AI tools, and real estate marketing strategies.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
