Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparations of yearly customs audit related documents.
- Overseeing day-to-day customs clearance operations, coordinating shipment documentation and customs submissions.
- Monitor sales contracts and shipment status to prepare documents and fulfill formalities for incentive claims.
- Calculate eligible incentive amounts in line with current government policies and circulars.
- Following up and maintain proper liaison with customs authorities’ logistic partners.
- Monitoring Customs duty and Tax payment.
- Resolving operational bottleneck and ensuring timely clearance and delivery of goods
- Should have vast knowledge of HS code / Customs tariff, customs act. Bond formalities.
- To maintain In-Bond, Ex-Bond & UP/UD statement with Custom-Bond Register.
- Prepare yearly Import Export Customs statement for Bond Audit
- Continuous process improvements to minimize clearance delays, demurrage, detention, and compliance risks.
- Reconciliation physical stock with Bond and report submit on weekly basis.
- Any others task assigned by Management.
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Education:
- Skills: customs compliance, customs documentation, customs brokerage, back office operations, responsibilities, customs regulations, import logistics, administrative tasks
